Freddy Mac Responds in the Right Way

Yes it is short sale time again in the wacky world of RI real estate with a real doozie of a short sale that called in all theRI short sale real estate sign ActiveRain troops I could.  It worked...we moved a leap forward with Freddy Mac yesterday and pushed Wells Fargo's legal team into gear.  Both involved in this short sale approval process.

Thank goodness for the help here in this blogosphere.  It makes so much sense to blog on AR, help others, form alliances with others and it will come back to you in your work especially.

We have had foreclosures done wrong on short sales, recissions of foreclosures a mess and titling of ownership still not right.  My negotiators were so frustrated and I begged them not to give up.  I would blow the horn to those around the country who might be able to help.  This platform provides that wonderful tool to you...use it so wisely and sparingly I suggest.

Well Freddy Mac called yesterday in response to my call on Monday and they have been all over Wells Fargo to get the retitling of deed done.  Being done now.  It will be sent then to Freddy Mac and we can get on with the short sale process.

Oh what a messy world of mortgages this can be.  It took alot out of us to get to this apex....I am so thankful for those who helped us get here.  But working for the clients well is my goal if we are doing the right thing for them.  No stone unturned.  Now let's make it to that closing table.
