Yes, it's that glorious Memorial holiday weekend and one of my listings 
is in a multiple bid situation frenzy today! I'm encouraged by the outpouring of interest from the buyers but not surprised. Truly believe my intense internet & print marketing of the property brought the buyers to me based upon comments 
made by the potential buyers. I thought baking bread and having a cup of coffee 
would be the only chore for me this morning. Not so, I've been on line back and forth with all interested parties, the seller, establishing meeting points & times for purchase & sales to come my way for highest & best offer
It's a glorious day
for my client who truly did an outstanding job of doing the house upgrades to make it sell quickly...not one negative comment 
from any buyer (truly amazing)...hoping to have an outstanding day as the countdown 
to cutoff time nears. May it be the gift 
that gives to the seller and to the lucky buyer today. It is nice to have a listing in multiple bid situation on a Holiday weekend don't you think
