Memorial Day in Rhode Island Remembered 2018

Memorial Day in Rhode Island Remembered 2018

On this Monday,May 28th,  Memorial Day of 2018, what is Memorial Day to you?  Share in the comments your thoughts on this day...in memory of those who have fallen, those who still defend us and the men and women we give thanks to those that protect the freedoms of our lives everyday, every where.

RI Veterans Cemetery in Exeter, RI off of Route 2 will be honoring our Veterans at 1 p.m. with a solemn tribute.

Personally today I will be thinking of my Dad and all he gave to his country and other men and women I know who now rest here.  For those in military service today we keep you in our hearts and thoughts.   I am so thankful for all they do and have done.

Of course there are more than memories and thoughts here for our armed forces on Memorial Day and everyday...let it be everyday.  Celebrating Memorial Day in Rhode Island 2018.
