Wet and Soggy Days

Wet and Soggy Days

And the skies opened and the rain came so the wet and soggy days have hit RI coastal real estate with Storm Andrea.  Getting the calls from past customers for a plumber that will respond to them, wet vacs and a multitude of issues.  Well I have to say as a home buyer's agent we have a re-inspection of a home today...always a perfect day after a huge storm to see if water is everywhere!

As a state that depends upon its tourism business mightily, this rainy weather on weekends is putting a huge damper on small businesses everywhere.  Bring on the sun I say!

Maine coon Cat in his condo shell

My Maine Coon cat has decided that being in a shell may be the best place to be right now and he has found his nesting place.  So goes the wet and soggy days of summer here right now.
