Say it with Flowers-North Kingstown RI 02852 Home Sold with Appreciation
When a satisfied client says it with flowers on a North Kingstown, RI 02852 home sold to them, it is the appreciation felt by me, the Realtor, for the hours of hard work I put into this sale to make it all happen.
It was a 'wiz, bang' listing and sale for this older home in Wickford Village, North Kingstown, RI 02852 home. Over 2 dozen potential buyers in at the open house, multiple offers and the successful bid paid asking price all in the first week. One might say that this is remarkable in this market but the caveat was that this was a diamond in the rough- great location with alot of work needed on the home priced at the market price.
I do make light of this North Kingstown RI home offering but it was not an easy sale- the insurance companies were concerned because it was in the Wickford Village perimeter as an older home, may require flood insurance, required upgrades prior to insuring, etc. The buyer had to change lenders due to issues with the lack of progress with the first lender (not my recommendation, thankfully) as well as changes in qualifications of the loan, not being a primary residence and finally meeting all conditions. When you have two sides of the transaction (represent both buyer and seller) as a Realtor, you earn your commission wholeheartedly as you represent both clients fairly and in each in their own best interests. It is a difficult role to be in because both buyer and seller confidences must remain that (separate) in all discussions with one or the other. Oh there were more interesting poignant moments with outside attorneys too which always add flavor to the stewing pot for all! It all makes home buying and home selling in Wickford RI and the other locales in North Kingstown so much fun.
How fortunate could I be - the buyer and the seller were incredibly great to work with which is one of the reasons I love this real estate business and my job...so saying it with flowers from a buyer and with appreciation on a home sold in North Kingstown, RI 02852 makes my day!
