. There is no distasteful behavior needed...you are either ready, serious and
motivated to buy real estate right now or I actually have a web site that will satisfy your search needs. Let me put you on a drip email with your specific wants for all houses in communities of interest in a certain price range. Please, oh please, no more calls to say: call me I need help in buying property right now, am cash flush or I sold my house in Delaware and need a home within 3 weeks and not really mean it. You are either in this market to be serious or you just do not have any skin in this game...by the way it really is not a game right now this business of real estate in RI, the deals and buys go to the buyers who are serious and working with a Realtor who knows their stuff.
I work for a living just like you do...however, I do not have a steady pay check like you do and every ounce of my knowledge in this business goes into helping my clients thoroughly in finding what they need in real estate. I am not lounging on a pool side chair waiting for a clients call but lead a busy life juggling properties and helping my clients who trust in me to do right by them. That means talking to other realtors about potential listings about to come on the market, staying abreast of the specific MLS offerings to satisfy clients wants/needs, and constantly out and about previewing properties for clients.

does not mean you can call me one minute and think I can respond in minute two. Treating my clients well and timely is paramount to me, maintaining my reputation and growing my business....so please treat me as well as I will treat you. Respect
is a social grace and if you have not learned it yet, it is never to late. If I am in the middle of a negotiation on a Friday evening, you won't get my phone call back at 9:15 p.m. but you will receive it first thing the following morning. Do not consider it a slight! Would you not do the same to your client in your business dealings? If not, well then I suppose I am perhaps not the right Realtor for you.
