Who knew the real meaning of the Ruby Red Shoes? This is a tale of a client finding me in 
Virginia long before they began to work with me. Actually, she said it was after a meditation session and she said to her husband that she wanted the ruby red shoes...he did not understand?! No, it has to do with a RI home to be and long before any move by them took place.
She GOOGLED ruby red shoes and many realtors came up but one came up in Rhode Island and it was the ahaa moment she said. All forces in nature converging...she liked what she read about this ruby red shoe realtor in RI. Yes, she told her husband I know who we will choose when we come to RI. She said the connection was made even before she called me...wow, what a belief system she has!
The call was made to me when they had their VA home in sales agreement and wanted a RI rental home while they decide which town would be the best place to call home. It was spring and the rental market was hot here. Personally, I had no more rentals to offer them, my North Kingstown real estate office didn't have any to suit them so I was at a loss. So it was a phone marathon to a number of realtors to see if they had a South County rental that would work for this couple...many a call, many a home but no brass ring. They finally found a rental themselves but appreciated my efforts to this cause. You know sometimes that connection works both ways.
The ruby red shoes RI realtor has met with the VA couple a couple of times and yes we are 
sympatico I believe. It is wonderful when someone can communicate through the social media realm and know that the heart and soul at the other end will work well with them. I am pleased to guide them along in their RI real estate home search.
All this connection came out of a meditation...these ruby red shoes materialized and lucky thing that the RI ruby reds were smack there on GOOGLE to bring this couple to me in my Rhode Island niche market...is it a bit more than chance, perhaps divine intervention or just a great blogging platform of ActiveRain!
