This home buy is usually the largest purchase in your life so requiring certain demands being met is so important.
This punch list of requirements should be met accordingly no matter how bad you want a home. What will it cost you in terms of convenience, money or peace of mind if not met? Only you can decide ( well along with your lender).
Be realistic and try not to let emotion take over. The list should be written down or on your mobile device. Keep track of decision points and as best as possible be objective about it. Sometimes the home buy is truly a matter of dollars and cents.
