Is There Zeal in You to Sell that Property? In this real estate market there had better be some
inside momentum of creativity and drive to catch the attention of home buyers. Yet, I am looking at listings that just came on the market that are missing the important needed details and points to get it sold! Lack of pictures, description and property details and just a lack of zeal by the listing realtor. What is this about? The truth is in this southern RI real estate market you need to be on your game in the Final Four or be mud! Your competition is watching you (well I am watching you), the consumer is all eyes and discerning and by the way, where is the seller in following up on your market plan?
You know I have something on my mind in North Kingtown RI at this moment. Marketing is what it is all about and if I can defer to Barbara Todaro for a moment, the queen of Massachusettts real estate marketing, she'd say DO IT! Blog it, postcard it, paper it, open house it - but you better have the game to draw them out. Well how about personal invites to the closest 125 neighbors too! It worked in this North Kingstown real estate world. No it wasn't even a waterfront North Kingstown home for sale but it was a good solid neighborhood home with a realtor with zeal at hand that got it done.
Create the fervor, demand and excitement and RI real estate buyers will come. That is why sellers hire us - to deliver the results of the sale (did my Swedish gulag help?!) Truthfully, I got the home into a multi offer situation in the North Kingstown real estate market that is just moving along here and needs more of a kick start right now. I truly believe in all the homes I list, market and know I will sell for my sellers. There was zeal in the bidding and the seller was pleasantly surprised by my guidance and the final purchase and sales results from the buyers.
All we know is now in this real estate market and being on your game is a must. If you do not show it, the next savvy internet realtor is waiting for you to fall down so she can scoop up your losses! So is there zeal in you to sell that property?
