After receiving the short sale approval letter for this home from Sovereign Bank, the first buyer, unbeknownst to me, went and became delinquent in the period from being approved for the loan to commitment letter time! Totally floored me...so I was out scurrying for new buyers who would get it together immediately. Calling and reaching out to Warwick realtors brought in a buyer that was financially sound. Phew!
This Warwick short sale home closed successfully to list price and my sellers actually could not believe it. The wife has been so apprehensive all week about the closing perhaps not happening but I did assure her we have already run the marathon here. This short sale is closed and the deed and keys are with the new owner.
