Honestly, until I read Michael Thornton's post, I had not thought about the full moon and what it brings to the table on a real estate transaction...but i like a full moon with a good real estate lawyer taking care of my client. It is a rare time when I can say in this real estate business that I find a lawyer who will go the distance for the client again and again to make the closing go smoothly. Truthfully, most closings have bumps and lumps these days but when you can find someone in the real estate legal end that works out all these hurtles with you and the other party it's a great day.
So I need to introduce the real estate lawyer, David M. Dolbashian, who has been 
used by many of my clients in the last few years. As a Realtor, it has been the utmost pleasure to work with him not only because he is always superb in making a closing come together but will pick up the 'other' side of things if the transaction is souring. David has this genuine way about him and this Armenian streak that works to his advantage (I always tell my clients not to hold that against him! lol). His personality is so winsome and his knowledge base is again and again just so good. Always reachable on his cell phone at 401-569-2477 and he gets back to you if he's in court! Wow! I am really a cheerleader for him.
David Dolbashian practices law in both Rhode Island and Connecticut so I wanted to introduce him to my real estate associates in the region. Since I've unfortunately just experienced a real estate transaction without his involvement that turned into a mess due to the bank as well as two attorneys who couldn't get the closing done right, I thoroughly missed him. In fact, I called him up right afterwards and said I am doing a post about you because I so appreciate the work you do for me all the time-thorough, complete and without a hitch!
