He is the man, Martin Luther King Jr., who brought this day of peace and equality of all
men more to the forefront in our generation than anyone. More than that he worked hard for justice in the USA and it was always through non-violent means. The shootings in Tucson,AZ makes this holiday more visceral I believe.
He showed us how to meet the way and means of hate with the strength in the power of love in all we do. I hope you spend some part of today thoughtfully considering how you live your life, your job and reach out to someone in need.
