Saluting our Veterans Today in 2017

Salute to Our Veterans- Everything is Local
Woodrow Wilson created a Veterans Day in the early 1900s.
Statute of Liberty with U.S. Flag- Veterans Day in North Kingstown RI
The words of that he gave on this day for all Veterans we believe in so much...
"To us in America, the reflections of Armistice Day will be filled with solemn pride in the heroism of those who died in the country's service and with gratitude for the victory, both because of the thing from which it has freed us and because of the opportunity it has given America to show her sympathy with peace and justice in the councils of the nations."
Reach out today November 10 th and call or see someone who is a Veteran, visit a Vets cemetery and thank them for all they have done and given of themselves for this country.  Let them know you really appreciate their service to this country.  Visit a grave and say a prayer or make a salute too.  Get your flags flying high because this is our country and we need to appreciate it.
