Real Estate and Vacation Do They Mix?

Real Estate and Vacation Do They Mix?

Florida Keys real estate

Yes in many cases real estate and vacation do mix when you are vetting properties for clients, improving your knowledge base and then soaking up the sun.  It was my get away (did you notice I really was absent on my blogs!) with great coverage at home of my listings and it was needed downtime.

It is a paradise that Florida offers to all and they are proud of it for sure.  The real estate buys are tough to find but they are there.  Personally there is nothing like the oceanfront!  I love learning how the multi millionaire Henry Flagler built the railroad to connect the keys in the beginning of the 20th century.  Through all the hurricanes and set backs he never gave up and saw a great vacation potential here.  What an amazing undertaking when the barons of business changed our country immeasurably.

Thank you Mr. Flagler!
