Overall there were approximately 115 homes on the market during October 2010 in Charlestown RI 02813 which was a slight 6% decrease in the number of homes over the prior month of September 2010 (a decrease of 7 homes on the market). The inventory level is being reduced ever so slightly but buyers still have a good supply of choice homes for sale in Charlestown to choose from and be selective about. Realize also that mortgage rates continue to remain at extremely low rates for buyers.
