Overall there were approximately 115 homes on the market during October 2010 in Charlestown RI 02813 which was a slight 6% decrease in the number of homes over the prior month of September 2010 (a decrease of 7 homes on the market). The inventory level is being reduced ever so slightly but buyers still have a good supply of choice homes for sale in Charlestown to choose from and be selective about. Realize also that mortgage rates continue to remain at extremely low rates for buyers. It is a great time to buy a primary or vacation home in Charlestown RI whether it's on the ocean or a few minutes away. From South Arnolda Road, where all the high end houses sold this month, to Quonochontaug, there are great places to find a perfect location and beach house for seasonal as well as year round enjoyment.
