2 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000
2 homes sold for under $300,000
So in January 2012, the average East Greenwich RI home sold for $320,700, was on the market for 61 days and sold for 93% of list price.
The median priced East Greenwich RI home sold for $315,000, was on the market for 45 days and sold for 95% of list price in January 2012.
There were 115 East Greenwich homes for sale in January 2012 which was a 2% decrease over the prior month. Certainly the choices of homes in all price ranges are there for interested buyers but it was the under $400,000 homes selling this past month. There are 7 luxury East Greenwich homes over $1 million on the market.
January's pending East Greenwich home sales: 12 homes which is a healthy increase over the prior month.
