Narragansett Rhode Island Real Estate home sale information facts is as follows for August:
Median Home Sale Price in August 2012 was $360,000, median price of homes sold was 92% of list price and the median days on market were 102 days.
Home sales are up 54 % over the prior month. Narragansett real estate sales are up 43% over the same period in 2o11!
There were 169 Narragansett homes for sale in August 2012 which was a 10% decrease in home inventory over the prior month.
In the $1 million luxury Narragansett homes for sale category, there are 40 homes for sale now. Coastal and waterfront Narragansett homes for sale attract buyers from up and down the East coast....the beauty of the Narragansett waterfront and lifestyle here is the draw.
No Narragansett short sales sold in August.
Narragansett’s pending home sales in August: 27 homes. Pending sales are up by 1 % over July. It remains a buyers market in Narragansett but it is improving for sellers.
