19 Narragansett homes have been sold in December 2011, as follows:
8 homes sold over $400,000
6 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000
5 homes sold for under $300,000
There were 184 Narragansett homes for sale in December 2011 which was a 11 % decrease over the prior month(23 less homes for sale). Certainly the choices of homes in all price ranges are there for interested buyers. In the $1 million category, there are 31 Narragansett homes for sale right now. The number of homes sold in December was 58% higher to the number sold in the prior month…. sales continue in this waterfront Narragansett community.
No Narragansett short sales sold this past month. RI short sales continue to grow in the various RI towns so working with the North Kingstown short sale agents decidedly makes the difference in a successful outcome. Real estates decreased by 11% in Narragansett in 2011 as compared to 2010. During 2011, 10 Narragansett homes sold for over $1 million. Narragansett is a great location for luxury and oceanfront homes to buy in.
