3 homes sold between $300,000- $400,000
2 homes sold for under $300,000
There were 180 Narragansett homes for sale in March 2011 which is a 13% increase over the Narragansett homes for sale in February. This is a healthy spring increase (and up for the second month in a row) of homes on the market for Narragansett and the more homes on the market the better it is for buyers! So get ready to welcome the daffodils too.
Narragansett has maintained a steady inventory of homes and the waterfront and coastal Narragansett homes are not selling to keep up with the home inventory. Truthfully, the mix of homes being sold is in all price ranges. Yet, the waterfront and coastal Narragansett homes continue to sell on the high end.

The Narragansett RI homes sold in March were up more than 50% over the prior month and this is a sweet spring trend- just like the coastal plants ready to pop which I am known for growing in my organic gardens. The buying and selling activity in this coastal town is constant. Plus who doesn't enjoy Narragansett, its beaches, restaurants and and waterfront homes.
So much to appreciate here and enjoy. Pending home sales have increased slightly over the prior month. There are 18 homes in pending status in Narragansett RI this past month which is 18% more than last month. Finding the right house in this waterfront community is what makes clients happy.
