6 homes sold for over $400,000
5 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000

Overall there were about 209 homes on the market during September 2010 in North Kingstown RI 02852 which was a 3% decrease in the number of homes over the prior month of August 2010 (a decrease of 7 homes on the market). The inventory level remains higher which means buyers have more homes to choose from and be selective about. Mortgage rates continue to remain at unprecedented low rates for buyers.
The number of homes sold in North Kingstown increased by 14 homes to 22 homes sold in September. Home sales may be slow moving in some months but right now an increase in North Kingstown home sales is evident.
Pending sales increased to a total of 32 in agreement in September 2010 which is up from 20 the prior month. This is a 60% increase in homes in agreement which is great news for sellers.
