Maybe it's the peacefulness to the beginning of a work week that makes the blues and mauves of the evening air so amazing...it's also the beginning of an indian summer this week. Dare we forget the warmth of today in about two months time.
Today is for thoughts on improving 'the business' in real estate with flair, spirit and a varied creative bent. Dare I say that a real estate closing is to happen today?! Whether a buyer or seller be, a lender or inspector... all of us in this circle depend in some way on the business of real estate. It is a tougher business today to behold and navigate through with short sales and foreclosures all around us and banks that won't deal responsibly... yet we continue to do it. We do it because doing it well for our clients results in our continued success in our chosen professions and it makes the economy go round.
So at the start of a new week step up your game because the fall sky can breed complacency in any life. It is not at all like the eastern sky this evening...and maybe that's a good thing.
