It's a great sunny morning by Narragansett Bay in North Kingstown RI and I am amazed what a summer rental next door will do for my long term real estate business in RI. The people who bought the house next door last year saw it eventually as their ultimate retirement home but to cover the costs they decided to rent it for about 6-8 weeks a summer. They are from another state and one of the owners chose to use an on-line service to secure renters. It worked well last year and portends to do so this rental season.
What they didn't realize is how much they also were helping my real estate business. This by the beach Narragansett Bay home's renters talk to me, the next door neighbor, about long term real estate investments in RI....and I am more than happy to oblige. I do it in a subtle way since my incredible vegetable garden borders both properties. It's a great segue into conversation.
So it's the beginning of another summer season of RI rentals next door and I am all prepared to help out my 
next door renters with their long term needs in RI real estate. It works...last year I picked up a good buyer from the rental. One never knows what is around your neighborhood corner so seek it out. Hope the opportunities abound for you on this beautiful day.
