- Are you embedding them here on ActiveRain...and if not why not? Buyers and sellers like to see their neighborhoods, towns or local events as it relates to their home or neighborhood.
- Are you categorizing your YouTube videos properly with titles and locations for visitors on YouTube to find them?
- Are you doing a video section on your web site? We just did it and I need to thank Nancy Golliday at First Coast Design for helping me out to set the tab up and get it out there. I am learning baby steps on managing the new wordpress site and it is a work in progress. Anyway, I have a lot more to do but Nancy is a good techie to utilize if you are looking for help.
Like everything else you learn as you blog, videos can make your posts pop. It does take some time to do them but it is well worth it in the long run. My specialty is local posts on my waterfront homes for sale in North Kingstown and beyond. My focus is to include YouTube videos in with the slideshows and pictures when I blog. Whatever your business specialty is you want to be a little different from the next guy in your profession and to stand out and say 'look what I can do for you, oh customer!' The use of video will definitely help and again your clients will truly appreciate it and share it with friends and family.
