Shore Acres North Kingstown RI 02852- Sauga Point. With almost 14 miles of coastline in the 26,000+ population of North Kingstown RI is the area of Shore Acres. A beautiful little hidden real estate area of coastal homes within the Wickford village of North Kingstown. It is bordered and overlooking Wickford Harbor, Fishing Cove and Narragansett Bay- amazing views to enjoy as you see all the bodies of water in Shore Acres at Sauga Point. It is a good five minute drive in from the main road of Rte. 1A but that's what also sets it apart...one way in and one way out! Some have docks that make it idyllic for the boater, vacationer and year round resident. Honestly, in Shore Acres as you mosey around the neighborhood one will find many boats residing on dry ground in yards waiting for launch day.
Some of the houses in Shore Acres are being totally rehabbed right down to only the lone chimney standing! While just a one or two stand in disarray at the end of Sauga Point, in prime real estate locations, waiting for the high bidder to capture them!
So another gem of a real estate area in the Wickford area is Shore Acres within the town of North Kingstown... that deserves your exploration. And as usual I'm looking for the next real estate gem to discover in this wonderful family community.
