It is tough in a hot market of pristine RI homes for sale to put a just sold Warwick RI bungalow home sign on theWarwick RI real estate sold home front door.  My buyer became involved in two multi bid offers prior to this one.  One renovated RI home for sale was in a flood zone so she pulled her offer and the other home went over what she could bid.  Phew!  It was time to tie the home wedding knot on this RI real estate home.
