There were 108 Charlestown RI homes for sale in June 2012.
Home sales are down 14% over the prior month and the number of homes on the Charlestown real estate market decreased by 3% over May.
Charlestown RI Real Estate Market Update
Average Home Sale Price in May 2012 was $328,492, homes sold on average for 92% of list price and were on the real estate market for 64 days on average.
Charlestown home sales have increased by 23% year to date 2012 over the same period last year (January-June 2011)!
Search for Rhode Island real estate for sale in all beach communities and throughout RI. Summer activities will be happening here from the Charlestown Seafood festival to the music festival of Rhythm and Roots which occurs over Labor Day weekend.
Charlestown RI continues to have a good supply of homes for sale and the oceanfront and ocean view Charlestown RI homes for sale. The homes priced under $300,000 continue to be the homes selling in this Rhode Island real estate market also. This is the price range in the real estate market that continues to be in high demand.
There were no Charlestown short sales that closed in the month of June.
