It is sometimes the detail that catches the eye and captures the heart of a buyer....and they will welcome your expertise in closing on the house that has called them to be their next home.
Nice detail like this makes a buyer think the rest of the house must be well constructed too.

But they give so much insight into the love and care that was taken when building ... then maintaining a home.
