Great information for any buyer looking for homes for sale in South Kingstown Rhode Island.
Ginny, another great market report, and sure does look like homes under $400,000 are really selling, but still have that million dollar sale!
Ginny I don't know why but I expected the median price of the houses in South Kingstown to be higher. At the $255,000 median price range they are very affordable.
