Narragansett Rhode Island Real Estate Home Sale Information Facts is as follows for July:
Median Home Sale Price in July 2012 was $460,000, median price of homes sold was 95% of the listing price and the average time on the market is 76 days until sold. However, home sales decreased 46% in July over June.
Narragansett home sales decreased 19% over last year same time (July 2012 compared to July 2011).
There were 187 Narragansett homes for sale in July 2012 which was a 2% decrease in home inventory over the prior month (4 less homes).
In the $1 million luxury Narragansett homes for sale category, there are 40 homes for sale now. Coastal and waterfront Narragansett homes for sale attract buyers from around the country....the beauty of the Narragansett waterfront and lifestyle here is desirable.
The number of homes sold in July was 4 less than the number sold in June…. and yes, waterfront luxury Narragansett homes are selling slowly.
1 Narragansett short sale sold in July. Short sales have been few and far between in Narragansett over the past year.
Narragansett’s pending home sales in July: 26 homes. Pending sales are up by 44% over June 2012. It remains a buyers market in Narragansett .
