Home Sellers Have You Found the Right Path?

Depending how you tread in real estate home sellers have choices:
a Well walked path...most are following
a
New an unexplored path....unique and sets itself apart
I like to think that I work like the latter of these two choices in real estate. My Rhode Island real estate marketing path for sellers is cultivated primarily on line successfully. I blog, video, post, comment, YouTube, Google+, web sites, etc. to market my real estate listings continually. Oh, of course I do the mailers, open houses and put a home listing in MLS but so does everyone else.
It DOES WORK for my sellers...my home marketing. If the seller listens to my advice and we price to condition and location, my real estate listings are under contract in 55 days this year. This is no small feat in a slower moving real estate market. So if you want to take a unique path in marketing your home with a successful North Kingstown real estate agent, call me at 401.529.7849.
A successful home sale is your ultimate goal so let's have a discussion about the marketing plan for Selling Your Home... doing the same ole, same ole just does not set your home apart. It is a buyers market here.

This walking path picture reminds me of Robert Frost's poem, "The Road Not Travelled" (and alo the path to homeownership).
Ginny in order to be on top of our business we do need to take a "New an unexplored path ..... unique and sets apart", but we also need to maintain the "Well walked path .... most are following", because that path is followed by most because it is a proven path. New is good as long as we also don't forget about the proven as well.
From what I have seen from your blogs, you do a great job at doing both.
Eileen, you have my number girl!
Melissa, yes that's probably my subconscious hard at work...can't forget his poems for sure..that is the 'teach' in you surfacing.
George, I'm more for trying new things lately...such a battlefield out there right now!
