Good morning, Ginny.... it looks like you're going in the right direction in the North Kingstown area.... with a decrease in new inventory, you'll find that homes that have been stagnant now have activity and soon a sale....

Hi Ginny,

Good news indeed. I hope sales continue at a brisk pace. Inventory is getting lower which means the prices will start to climb a bit.

Good news for the seller and the commish checks.

Have a great day in North Kingstown, R.I.

Best, Clint McKie

Ginny with inventory going down, I would think that it would start to turn to more of a Sellers market as well as prices going up.  Are you beginning to see that happen or is it to early for decrease in inventory to have an affect yet?

Ed, it is better for sure...kind of like a see saw right now..

Gita, my clients are waiting to see this happen.

Janis, it is inspiring to the ones on the market but still price & condition have to be right.

Barbara, I am hoping for that to happen.

Anita, Dr. Ginny says the prognosis looks good!

John, many thanks

Clint, we're hoping for that to happen.

Joan, it is encouraging to sellers to see that.

George, we still have over a 8 month inventory so by early 2013 i do feel it will be more of  a balanced market...thanks!
