Ginny these sound like excellent condos, and a condo with a two car garage is very hard to find in my area.
Preserve @ South County Commons condos sounds like a wonderful new community. Not sure what higher priced would be but they seem well worth it.
George, if you don't want a yard but want a luxury recently built condo these are the ones in South Kingstown to buy.
Jane, thanks and I have learned not to put pricing on my posts that stay out there for years since prices have changed...most are in the high $480K range...considered high end with all the amenities
