1 home sold between $300,000- $400,000
There were 84 Jamestown RI homes for sale which is 1 % fewer homes on the real estate market from July 2012. Jamestown RI home sales have increased by 1 with 6 homes sold in August 2012.
The coastal Jamestown RI real estate still remains a desirable waterfront property location for home searches. However, this luxury Jamestown real estate market is barely selling.
