waterfront RI North Kingstown real estate

Yesterday I was out with my out of state buyers looking at coastal Rhode Island real estate right here.  The day was fantastic, sun was glowing strongly and they could appreciate the views from this home.  Time will tell whether this house is a whim or true fancy for them.  It definitely is a breathtaking view as you can see with your own beach and mooring steps away from your home.

Ginny: If the view from your photo was what I woke up to each morning, it would be very hard to get out and sell real estate.

Ginny if that view does not get them to buy, nothing will.  Glad to here that the weather was better for you then what we had here in Middletown, CT.
