Yesterday I was out with my out of state buyers looking at coastal Rhode Island real estate right here. The day was fantastic, sun was glowing strongly and they could appreciate the views from this home. Time will tell whether this house is a whim or true fancy for them. It definitely is a breathtaking view as you can see with your own beach and mooring steps away from your home.

Well I can't say anything right now but it looks good on waterfront property coming at me! Isn't it stunning I so love what I do which is why I spend so much time doing it!!
