Sailing Capitol of the World - Newport RI to Mystic CT

Sailing Capitol of the World - Newport RI to Mystic CT.  So the boats were in full sail and I was on dry land...what a better coastal RI real estate place to be for me.  Kissing the land under my feet brings me great relief always...no great sea legs on this woman!  With the Colorado realtor and friend, Joan Cox, we made a day trip to waterfront Newport RI.  So much to see & enjoy here...the mansions and coastal area just captures any visitor....it is a sailing capitol of the world.

Newport RI real estate

Next stop on the RI safari is Narragansett RI...yes, the wonderful oceanfront pounding waves before us...no Joan couldn't contain herself and who could...the beauty of this ocean is why people call me to buy here.  You see it, you want it!

Narragansett ri real estate

Onwards to Connecticut territory to Mystic CT to connect with fellow Realtor and tete a tete buddy, Dagny Eason.  Mystic is a historic town that had sailing ships and is a stunning old sailing port.  Waterfront RI real estate is the order of this day even with the weather amiss.  This is a great way to share Realtor knowledge across the country with one another and build strong friendships.  It was a treat for sure.

I just can not get away from the real estate I love whereever I go!  Sailing Capitol of the World - Newport RI to Mystic CT.

Sounds like a great time Ginny.. Lucky you to meet up with so many AR people! Always the best!

I love Newport and Mystic and I believe that I've been to Watch Hill RI.. I grew up in New Haven.. and when I was young  I knew people with small boats and large boats.. I always loved that I would get to tag along! I remember the drill.. bathing suit and proper shoes for the deck... and I was there in a flash!

That sounds like so much fun.  I especially love Newport.  It's no wonder there are so many stunning homes there.  So glad that you, Joan and Dagny were able to get together.  Very cool.

Ginny, you have shown me beautiful Rhode Island and is very fun seeing what happens in RI real estate in comparison to Denver's.     You have such BEAUTIFUL trees and love the water.    You have been the perfect hostess!

Hi Ginny, that would be an impressive day for Joan to see those 'Cottages' in Newport, and take the drive along the coast
