Average Home Sale Price in September 2012 was $594,441, average price of homes sold was 89% of list price and the median days on market were 107 days.
Home sales are up 5 % over the prior month.
There were 161 Narragansett homes for sale in September 2012 which was a 5 % decrease in home inventory over the prior month.
In the $1 million luxury Narragansett homes for sale category, there are 40 homes for sale now. Coastal and waterfront Narragansett homes for sale attract buyers from up and down the East coast....the beauty of the Narragansett waterfront and lifestyle here is the draw. In September, luxury waterfront homes were being sold quicker then any prior month this year.
