Ginny's RI House Hunt Blog: Day of Remembrance in RI Memorial Day 2019

Day of Remembrance in RI Memorial Day 2019

Celebrating Memorial Day in Rhode Island 2019

On this Memorial Day of 2019, what is Memorial Day to you?  Share in the comments your thoughts on this day...in memory of those who have fallen, those who still defend us and the men and women to whom we give thanksfro the protection of our freedoms

.

RI Veterans Cemetery in Exeter, RI off of Route 2 will be honoring our Veterans at 1 p.m. with a solemn tribute. Boots on the Ground at Fort Adams State Park in Newport is a stunning visual of all theVets who have died defending our country since 9/11.

Personally today I will be thinking of my Dad and all he gave to his country during World War II and other men and women I know who now rest in some peace.  I am so thankful for all they do and continue to do..

Of course there are more than memories and thoughts here for our armed forces on Memorial Day and everyday...let it be everyday.
